Why is it they supposedly responded to one involved CEO and told ours they won`t talk to him until the suspension has been lifted ???

Kermit, I spoke with Larry this morning. SEC wont say any thing to him until March 21. IMO they must be investigating on the companies to verify if they are involved in any wrong doings. If not they would remove the suspense on the 21st. If they find anything wrong they may continue to put them on hold for a further period. Larry is going ahead with his visit to Paris to sign the contract with his partners as planned, no change to that I guess. PR will be put out after the suspension is lifted, by the time we will know the out come of the suspension.
