Thanks knight. That's good news--this would be even worse if it delays Dalian further. I think signing that agreement and giving this company tangible value is key to refuting the claims against EQBM.

Without Dalian, it almost doesn't matter if we trade again.

IMO, Larry can't afford to screw this one up by being late... I think it is good that he's going ahead and business is as usual, but he shouldn't be late with that PR, or the NSS wins.
