Fidelity has never restricted any of my trades, however they are not frienldly to the the penny world with thier commissions.

Choicetrade--Does not restrict Pennies and I get a bunch of free stuff from them because I make so many trades. Email me [e-mail] if you are interested in joining as I get a few free trades and you do too. I just signed up for the direct Pro platform which is 25 bucks but its free if you make 25 trades a month which I do.
