Ummmm...h24ever: Frizzel actually proved that there was no NSS. The SHO FTD's confirmed it. What part of that is so difficult to understand?

The task force failed to physically prove an NSS exists with CMKX.

However, statistical analysis using estimated total shareholders and estimated average holding per shareholder, the results of the statistical analysis shows a short exists.

The only problem is that physical evidence will be required in any court proceeding!

Estimated analysis will not be allowed in any court proceeding.



As far as the estimated number of shareholder ..........
In the beginning there was said to be 20,000 shareholders.
When 20,000 shareholders did not prove a short, the number was changed to 40,000 shareholders.
When 40,000 shareholders did not prove a short, the number was changed to the current estimate of 70,000 shareholders.

And if the 70,000 shareholder mark does not prove a short, the number of shareholders will be changed to 100,000!
