Bean, that's a good question. I've been following VTBD since the announcement by them and OSSG. VTBD will be getting ONYI shares for it's USSE shares. However, as a holder of VTBD, you would be able to sell if the price rose in correlation with a rise in price with USSE/ONYI as SSTP.
I'm looking to get in VTBD as the O/S is about 50 mil and the preferred payouts don't really bother me. I just think the PPS is a little too high for me right now as the stock price is correcting itself from the jump in relation to the PR.
