which make sense that it hold at ~9:30 AM. because no one want to sell at 0.0001 now. Only one want buy at 0.0003, then the trade will go through.
Or some one want to sell at 0.0001 now, then the volume showes up.
I think it is very good time for the people want leave at 0.0001.
