follwingte, if the K's had taken over the company long ago shareholders would most likely not be in the situation they are today and the PPS would most likely not be at $.38.

One good thing the K's have done was bring some stability to the PPS by (In your words, "making it so nobody can make money trading"). Now shareholders will have to wait and see if the K's can increase shareholder value which IMO they are and will.
