Sandman, I am sure many problems have developed, nothing out of the normal for any start up company and I like many would like to see some direction from the company... I as well feel they owe us that at this time... Lets hope something good comes our way very soon.

Sandman: We all share your concerns. SOME have been onboard since 2002. One positive is the eight patents issued or pending. All infringements, if any, will certainly be contested. IMO the above can be taken as fact. I have spoken to or met most of the company principals and my take is that we are very fortunate to have evolved into this group of diverse professionals. This said IMHO they are not in this but for one reason = their great financial success= which translates into ours- preferred stock & PPM's!!!!! and common stock!! My bet would be that any delay will be over obtaining finances that retain the most leverage for mgmt. Who could blame them but it may be time to go forward; personally, I am bigtime ready! you are exactly right sandman. i'm glad someone else is stepping up and saying something. who knows though.....there may have been hundreds of posts questioning whether exobox will be as big as eagle thinks but we never got to read them because they were deleted.
