Sandman: We all share your concerns. SOME have been onboard since 2002. One positive is the eight patents issued or pending. All infringements, if any, will certainly be contested. IMO the above can be taken as fact. I have spoken to or met most of the company principals and my take is that we are very fortunate to have evolved into this group of diverse professionals. This said IMHO they are not in this but for one reason = their great financial success= which translates into ours- preferred stock & PPM's!!!!! and common stock!! My bet would be that any delay will be over obtaining finances that retain the most leverage for mgmt. Who could blame them but it may be time to go forward; personally, I am bigtime ready!
