You received the standard letter that anyone gets. It doesn't mean anything. I haven't seen anything the company has done that would be considered outside of SEC regulations. They haven't put out a bunch of bogus PR's like so many Pinksheet companies do.
Am I happy that the news hasn't been flowing and the PPS is down? Of course not but in order for there to be a pump and dump first there has to be a pump, which we haven't seen yet and then there has to be a dump. Share structure has remained very constant since they took over.
You need to go invest in the biggerboard stocks because you definately don't know anything about the market.
Once news comes out people will be buying. I think I will take the word of the people that have actually been to Colombia and seen the company over you from your European perch.
fraseriv - Ok. Now lets see the complaint you forwarded to the SEC. Post a copy of your complaint (if there is one) for all to see. Considering the illiterate manner in which you post here...reading your complaint should be a hoot! But more interesting will be the context and content of your complaint. I would like to see the specific acts of wrongdoing you have alleged...and how you backed up your allegations. Thanks! (not that I'm expecting much of a response).
