Jim is totally at fault 100% for the current circumstances! The absolute incompetence demonstrated by ignoring an SEC inquiry (If that is what happened) is beyond mind boggling!
That is the power of the government... unfortunately when they want to investigate you need to drop what you are doing and comply. I have a friend right now in the middle of an IRS situation. The claims against him are false, but has had to drop everything to get it fixed. I personally have been audited by government entities. Not only do you drop what your doing when they come to the door, but you have prepared WAY in advance for the chance that they may come. Jim cannot fly by the seat of his pants (as he has done up to this point) and expect great things to happen with this company.
The UAFs look like they were put together by a grade school kid. CFO should be more than fired for keeping such shoddy records. Our only hope here is that they get the AFs done well, and that they come close to matching revenue. Then I think we get the SEC off our back, and back to the pinks.
