Plane.. Excellent post.. I agree with you 100%. I am in the same boat as you..
I do think that Jim is alot at fault, but I am not sure if he did any of this purposfully (spelling??) If I recall, he got an SEC letter while he was traveling all over the country trying to grow the Biz.. CES Show in Vegas, BA, and Advertising firm in Florida ( for commercials) I think he was in the corn belt some where.. Tennessee.. or some where like that all in a short period of a couple of weeks. I dont think he even knew of the SEC letter till it was too later. I dont think he could put what they asked him for together in time... so Hence the suspension.. I am not making excuses.. He is still like you said.. the cause of this.. but I just dont think it was by design.
