this is not good news, I was hoping that instead of more stalling, which is exactly what this is, Larry would at the very least force the DTCC's hand in issuing our certificates and thereby create a short squeeze which he promised would happen months ago,
no, I am sorry to say all I see here is more delays for no good reason other than my original theory,
Although I am tired of getting bashed here for expressing my true opinions, I am going to say all this anyway,
I sure was looking forward to Larry taking some proactive action on the part of the shareholders for a change and at the very least I could get rid of the stupid SOMA shares,
but no, it is not to be, instead he is letting the DTCC and shorts snake out again and doing nothing to help the shareholders,
I just really hope that this Dalian deal is for real, I know that someone here apparently got an email from them that some money was paid and the balance is due on the 19th, and I will not doubt the validity of the email,
my fear is that maybe $1000 was paid while the bulk of the payment is still due but the co. is out of money at this point because Larry has not been able to sell any meaningful volume of shares for months,
oh well at the very least even the most loyal believers here must agree that his warrant extension sucks as far as the shareholders are concerned,
get ready to be talking about 'next week' for quite some time longer I am afraid,
