Agreed...the thing is des has restricted stock...its restricted two years from when he formed ecarfly....if he is selling stock he is in violation of the securities laws...i would hope hes trying to get this merger done in the hopes his stock is one day woth something...anyway have a good night...we will see what happens tomm...i hope its good for everbody including yourself...
