SPIN,

if this group doesn't know 10% & the CEO won't discuss deployment rates or rev projections, what do you think Opp. thinks?

Don't care what Opp thinks since they are clueless. Opp only invests on inside info or clear revenue projections based on previous results. They have none of the three for investing in Wave. So they are speculating as we are.

Do you *know* that INTC is paying Wave?

Clearly, SKS mentioned there is a licensing of $0.5 to $1 for INTC and NSM agreements.

"Wave certainly has the capability to announce news quickly"

SPIN, I said WAVE! NOT WXP! Don't be insulting and misuse my words! I have CLEARLY STATED MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE PAST that WXP is 12-18 months away from anything spectacular.

why should they be any more interested in yours

Umm....you addressed me first. If you're not interested, don't read my posts to begin with.

didn't hear anything other than a lot of "cool", SO, ummmmms, errrrrs, & the sound of tap dancing.

I competely disagree. I heard "our customers", I heard "our deliveries", I heard "met timelines", I heard "response has been great", I heard "we have developed specific changes based on customer requests", I have heard "good response from government and defense applications", I heard "we have a number of pilots in government", I heard "cool" - think what you want, but SKS will not speak of any new deals that are not publicized in a PR. You are naive to think you will hear about any big deal or win without a previously announced PR.

i wanted some meaningful guidance on deployment & rev projections...

I also was disappointed at first, but after thinking about it, how are you supposed to offer guidance when several customers have not even announced products yet? If NSM has not announced and have not offered shipment times, what is SKS supposed to say? He is clearly pumped about their ability to deploy, though.

I totally disagree with this being the worst CC ever. How you can possibly say that is strange. SKS talked about a lot of great stuff. Your expectations were beyond the timeline of the TCG. That's not Wave's problem. Just my opinion.

SPIN as your friend I know that you are not posting to manipulate the stock. I know that. What I think you are doing however is riding an emotional roller coaster and not looking at the bigger picture.

We know that Intel is paying Wave per board between $.50 and $1.50. SkS has already stated that. We know that some boards have already been shipped (Intel said that) To me that means there is some revenues this quarter no matter what. That's just one customer. How about IBM customers?

The bigger picture is that TPMs are going into the market place. And that means trusted services will be purchased. The purchase of those trusted services will be AFTER the CPUs are in the customers hands and will be a lagging revenue. So, if the boards were shipped this quarter, which some have, and if the trusted services are subcriped to in Q1 of 2004, you will not see those revenues until May 15th. Exactly what kind of guidance were you looking for when there has probably been zero trusted services purchased so far. Now come May 15th, I would expect that Wave will be able to give you the guidance you are looking for but until then, it's probably a no go for what you want to hear.

SPIN, you have not learned what many of us have learned over the past 3 years - PATIENCE!! Wave will be around for many decades. Getting financing to get thru the next 2 years will not be a problem. We can sell SSPX shares, we can sell part of WaveXpress or Signonline, we can issue more shares or do a deal with a strategic partner. All the deals are in place and we have very little competition. We have waited 3 1/2 years since the top and those who can wait 2-3 more years will be highly rewarded. Those who try to trade on news, earnings and emotions may be rewarded if they're lucky but most likely will miss the train when it leaves the station.
