Something has to be up.
I personally know a group of people who were ready to propose a package to USSE for the purpose of raising the money this group of people thought was necessary to build the infrastructure. Today, BEFORE THEY EVEN GOT TO PUT A PROPOSAL ON THE TABLE, they were told that while their interest was appreciated, their services were not needed. Interpretation???They showed up too late for the game for the coach to get them in.
Now I know why this stock has been under accumulation the way it has for the past six weeks. Whoever is putting up the dough has been quietly buying up the float.
How high will the PPS go? Who knows. But my deductive reasoning tells me that big things are happening, and whoever has bought up all those shares the past six weeks, if they decide to hold for the long haul, the move upward will be spectacular.
