I think the reason things were being filed late may have something to do with this bit of information. May have been out of Wicks hands. Per the SEC website the Evans Systems business address and mailing address are both still:

The fact might be selling like crazy new shares during the summer and the fall without proper notification of BA. There are no audited info. They were cought and screwed.
