Okay, I just read that 8K again. It's dated today, Mar 2, but the paragraph dealing with the EVSY down grade to pink is dated Feb. 26, last Monday. The down grading events almost had to have happened well prior to that date, much before Moody/BA had any input about it.

So, I wonder why the required filing of whatever form wasn't done properly? It appears that team Wick/Riley emptied our new stock's bag well before they handed it off in the settlement; it looks to me like they knew what was coming Monday and shot us all in the ass!

If I'm right, it wasn't the new/old guys who screwed our already meager stock dividend fellows, and going pink with EVSY has certainly hurt us all. Again. And Evans was what I had hoped would at least get me back to even in this game.

I don't for a minute believe the BOD gave up so much so quickly out of love for Moody and BA. Giving all that and even agreeing to cover BA/FM's legal costs to settle the suit seems more than a little strange if they were in the right. They must have been holding a badly loosing hand or surely they would have defended themelves and the company in court! I'd sure like to know the facts, especially after all their recent bold announcements.

Well, I'm a newbey here and don't know a lot of the history but I'm not totally blind. Or am I ... have I overlooked something????
