In Rockford (IL) where I'm from it was either Swedes or Italians. So lots of incredible food there as well. Pasta, potatoes, sweets, etc.

I guess we are both fortunate we moved away and didn't end up looking like midwestern snausages, eh?

Veggies are HUGE in the South and that's a good thing.

And I won't even get into my vitamin V regimine.
