Given the potential for an injunction in this private equity buyout, I pose this question:

Would it not be safe to purchase NTST at these levels? It seems that this is an ultraconservative play, with some potential for a very healthy return should the injunction work. At worst, I get my money back at $16.50 / share. My thought is to move my current cash position into NTST. I may lose 1-2% money in the money market, but it seems that I could stand to gain 15-20% should the injunction come through given that a 5% minority does have some power to block this buyout.

What are your thought on this strategy?

Has anyone done this already?
