Peter, I am treating my position in NTST just like cash. It is by far my largest holding, and including it I am over 60% in "cash". Don't know that I will buy any at this stage because there is always the remote possibility that if the LBO did not take place there could be a panic sell-off by ignorant retail holders. I will hold for the 16.50 unless something better comes along, and I haven't seen anything in the past several months worth trading.
