If XTI hadn't backed out its merger (twice!) with XERI, the loan would have been paid off and Auctus wouldn't have been able to pull any of its toxic lender bullshit.

Auctus is not Xerian't destruction. It is Xeriant mngt, and possibly also XTI gaming Xeriant. Movychem failure, if ever even legit, IPis due to Duffy failing promises and Xeriant legal commitments under the Xeriant/Movychem JV.
