It dropped to .0002 when the reverse split was announced. Took several weeks. Loan agreement came later and baffled all of us.

On August 19, 2024, however, the Board of Directors decided to cancel the company's upcoming 1-for 2,000 reverse split. The Board of Directors decided it would not be in the best interest of the shareholders or the Company to execute a reverse split at this time. The Company informed FINRA that it will not be moving forward with the reverse split and withdrew its application.

What's your point carrying this subject. Didn't you read the 8K? NO R/S.

You're riding free shares and it doesn't effect you! There are many shareholders holding shares @ .0011, .0012, .0015 depending on when they entered. Those people are really gonna get hurt! And the stock is going to tank right back down.
