On September 26, 2019, the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, entered into an agreement to purchase a reserve osmosis desalination system. As at April 30,2022,the company had paid 1,125,138 (US $884,067)

Am i reading this wrong???

Deferred acquisition costs: $229,000 paid 1st installment. Other links i provided all the information. I read it as a 3 tier payment as i stated. Maybe i am misinterpreting this info. I actually thought there were payments to follow but there are no filing i can see
