What Divinci said has not been verified. If you had taken the time to listen to the call yesterday you would have heard that the reason CHIF was brought up was due to a past judgement against NSAV. Yesterdays hearing was 100% against NSAV and James Tilton was there to represent NSAV as the majority shareholder and president, and chairman, and secretary (those were his own words on the call).
Financials are due next week and will reveal how little or much NSAV has in the bank. Any crypto holding regarding NSAV created tokens will not be counted as assets to satisfy the Vik Grover judgement.
