Good morning. Everyone needs to get their facts straight before spouting on bs.


The judgement was perfected against CHIF not NSAV

The company has until the 14th to show the tokens in the nsav holding wallet and the judge is inclined to force settlement with the tokens that are there

The CRO was not approved but the court may be revisited after the 14th, however the judge is not inclined to accept the recommendation of Busacca.
The quarter 2 Financials will be filed with otcvmarkets on time and has nothing to do with this case or hearing.

At this stage the judge wants this over with. She clearly is not a fan of either party. Tilton made a claim that he is ready to sit down and settle.


This is a very high level version of the events but should help with the confusion.
