LOL you must've missed the party from 2015-2017, multiple vulture financiers getting discounted shares with a free warrant they couldn't short enough shares the stock price went from over $10 to 14 cents in exactly 2 years (June 2015 to June 2017).

I have never seen a stock get abused by the corrupt financial system and greedy corporate leadership. Retail NWBO investors are being abused by their teachers and then by their parents when they come home. It is an absolutely disgusting scenario.
