#1774 RE: Energy Manager #1773

Trying to get this straightened out:

It looks like a total of 335,809 shares were acquired/purchased on Tuesday July 23 at $3.80. Does this mean that Lifeloc was able to raise $1,276,074 through these purchases or are they just option grants which dilute current shareholders?

Also, if total outstanding shares have stayed the same at 2,454,116 and total unrestricted shares are the same at 362,775 then that would mean total public float has just dropped to 26,966 which I know can't be correct.

I'm pretty confused here. Did they essentially buyout the rest of the open shares at $3.80? Somehow the outstanding shares are going to have to be increased? Does this benefit current shareholders in any way?

Definitely curious to see how this is going to trade in the near future.
