Yes some are now in their 8th month of saying the 2024 OTC is like the 2021 OTC. It's not even in the same city. When I see not one reporting trip play left or almost none in the OTC like 2021 when every reporting trip was .001 or above, I will say the OTC is back. At best selective OTC winners in the 2024 OTC but not even close to 2021 in any shape of form. Until then it's just nonsense.
