That may be true, but it's still the only device approved by the CMS for reimbursement under the NOPAIN Act.

The discussion is not about whether the ON-Q pump works, or is good. The discussion is about why the ON-Q Pump has been approved by the CMS for the NOPAIN Act but RecoveryRx has not.

Kind of a one-sided discussion, but still, there it is.
