Revenue decreased OVER 46% for the quarter! Costs to produce that revenue increased 11%!

The operational loss for the Quarter increased $46,631 - over 54%!

Cash decreased $35,000 to $22,000.

Revenue for the United States for the three months ending May 31 was $12,755!, Revenue for the UK for the three months ending May 31 was $29,580. So, knowing that there is only one US "client", using those figures we can extrapolate that the "client" is paying approximately $4,251.66 per month.

For the UK client(s?), we can extrapolate the revenue of $29,580 per quarter to mean a monthly revenue figure of approximately $9,860 per month.

Borrowing for the three month period increased $179,940, an increase of over 6.4%.

Accumulated deficit increased to over $17.8 MILLION.

Nothing you have ever stated on this board has been true.

The quarterly was even a BIGGER disaster than I anticipated!

I'll say! Man. What a HORRIBLE 10Q.

The numbers speak for themselves.

Using the figures listed under "Foreign Operations" in both the last 10Q (for the period ended February 29th), and the figures in today's 10Q (for the period ended May 31st) we can figure the revenue.

Revenue for the United States for the three months ending May 31 was $12,755!, Revenue for the UK for the three months ending May 31 was $29,580. So, knowing that there is only one US "client", using those figures we can extrapolate that the "client" is paying approximately $4,251.66 per month.

As far as net income loss? Linda once again performed some tricky dick accounting moves with the "interest expense" and the "foreiegn exchange" translation and made the net loss look as if it improved. But it really didn't.

The bottom line continues to be that Digital clarity is earning CRAP for revenue and the expense to produce that revenue continues to climb.

One puzzling thing is that the accrued compensation for Linda actually went down for the three months ending May 31st!

Listed for the period ending Feb 29th - $1,148,077 and $1,313,536, respectively.
Listed for the period ending May 31st - $1,130,027 and $1,313,536, respectively.

Looks like either there is a problem with the numbers in the report, or Linda took approximately $18,050 in a cash payment of some type. I assume that the first figure is Linda because it is greater. I believe the only way an accrued amount can go DOWN is if someone removes money from the account. Like I said, it may be an error in the filing.

You can bull shit the board all you want. The numbers in the last Q do not lie.

It shows no “growth”!! The only “growth” you are talking about is just that - TALK! You are TALKING about growing - but nothing is actually happening. It’s easy to put out an “update” and TALK about this city and that city. But month after month goes by and NOTHING HAPPENS!

The ACTUAL NUMBERS show a company that is simply borrowing to survive and BARELY growing at ALL.

You paint a pretty picture where everything is rosy - but in reality, it’s very grim.

Quit leading people down the primrose path. This company is going straight to hell in a hand basket - and you’re leading them there.

Oh wait, you already did with the most recent Q.

HOW is this business growing? Revenue is decreasing. Debt is increasing. Even AFTER all the alliances and contracts in all these various States. Cash is all but gone. There’s no way to pay off the current debt. You’ve WAY overplayed your hand and can no longer fool anyone. Now your only option is to dial up the pump and dump rhetoric with outright fraud (which it has been for a loooooong time).

You still got a few thousand left! Better snatch it and take another vacation while it’s still there. Maybe take a Greyhound bus to another State, shake some stranger’s hand at the bar and call it an “strategic alliance”. Or order Reggie some cheesecake from room service and “discuss” another City.

Daddy’s money seems to be running out. The venture capitalists are wondering where the hell their return on investment is and when (if ever) they can expect to break even.

Bankruptcy soon.

Maybe consider starting up another scam? These half dozen shareholders that hang on your every word will buy ANYTHING. Even after you take them for every penny in their accounts.

Make the statement - “I am not Linda Perry. I am not affiliated with DBMM in any other capacity than a private shareholder.”

Tell us Poo - If Digital Clarity is such a wonderful Digital Marketer? Why haven't companies been flocking to become customers?? There's no more "SEC Matter" to hold DBMM back. The OIP was removed OVER A YEAR AGO! Yet DBMM has only signed on one stinking client in that time???

And that client is only providing a bit over $4K per month for revenue! You need a WHOLE LOT MORE clients to get revenue in the millions of dollars!

Didn't you say that Digital Clarity is a "leading provider" of Digital Marketing services? If they are so "leading", then how come only a single signed client in over a year???
