Soft coated all you want, not filing quarterly anymore is a big negative for the stockholders. There is no way that is not a slap in the face to the stockholders. Let’s face it, filing yearly is as close to going ‘dark’ as you can get. Is that the next step? If going PINK was not bad enough, going PINK with ‘limited information’ is worse. THAT and trading at ROCK BOTTOM - .0001!

That is what this family leadership has rewarded its long and loyal stockholders.
