I assume you understand the process of getting a generic drug approved by the FDA after the original drug's patents expire. A device is easier than a drug.
But we've been through this. I see no reason to spend more time on it. If you believe this company has ANY chance of being bought out, slap the ask.
But I would like to know why you think the CMS will approve RecoveryRx for reimbursement under the NOPAIN Act by January 1st 2025. The CMS approved just one device for CY 2025. I, for one, will be surprised if they approve more devices by 01/01/2025 because the CMS moves slowly.
