That is completely false.

There will be a P3 if the p2b/3 was a failure.. that was the point of luring you in with the P3 after the slash. It will be redesigned to leave out the parts that made it fail. And to figure out how to weed out the placebo effect.

If the p2b/3 was a success there would not be an additional trial...there would he an approval.
