BCAP terminated its registration with the SEC and never renewed it.

No current financials for BCAP = no Form 10 approval by the SEC.

No current financials for BCAP = no SEC/FINRA approval of corporate actions.

No current financials for BCAP = no reverse merger.

No wonder this garbage is in Expert Market.
