A crash that sent a blue Tesla plunging 200 feet down a steep hill in northern San Luis Obispo County resulted in significant injuries to both of the vehicle’s occupants. According to the California Highway Patrol’s Traffic Incident Information page, at around 3:10 p.m., CHP and Cal Fire received reports of the vehicle crash off of the eastbound lane of state Highway 46. According to the CHP page, the vehicle was far enough down the steep cliff face that it wasn’t easily visible from the roadway.
