The DTCC will cover all short shares. That is the law. It has happened before on other stocks. Unless rules are changed and I need an update. Be patient !! It has taken longer than expected. I think the SEC was expecting failure. They will be proven wrong. The SEC really screwed up despite what other posters may rebuttal. If the scenario plays out like I have posted, they have created a nightmare.
If there is no issue for the naked shorts we would not see the thousands of negative posts, we not be asked to contact management and ask for revocation, we not see the letter sent to SEC on trivial things in vain attempt to get DBMM in trouble. It is pretty evident that naked shorting does carry a great deal of risk, otherwise bad actors would just short and retire somewhere sunny and warm.
