Yes. Extremely unhelpful. They say in their press release that navigation is now "intuitive". From my point of view, it is not. it is counterintuitive. It's NEVER good to change a website so people have to click more, not less, than they did before.
Last night I was looking for the current number of ALJs. In the past, the site had a page where each of the ALJs was named, with a photo and brief biography. Now we have this:
It is uninformative. Interestingly, it no longer says the ALJs can order monetary sanctions. Maybe they've just given up in the wake of the overturn of Chevron.
But for anyone interested, there are now only two ALJs. I found a helpful article at the site of the American Bar Association.
