I’m with you. And Gen Wharton probably made the connection. Finally earning his payments there. But additionally it would assist in getting funding if anything and then maybe leading to some other opportunities. It is weird it appears in the S1. Most likely because the S1 may enable the acquisition once the offering (total offering )is complete?
