a reverse split does not cost any money. They can do a 5 to 1. I have a feeling they are somehow lining things up for an acquisition. I still don't think JP Peterson is out of the picture. Whatever his patent technology is, they obviously had to go through some legal hoops. I am assuming the reason they are going after it so aggressively is a channel partner is telling them they will get a lot more business with that piece of the puzzle. When the Kizer's did the loan, it did specifically say that for uplisting, they could do a reverse split. However, i don't think the Kizer's would allow anything too drastic.
