Well written and glad to see the swingers are gone. There is definitely someone with millions of shares playing games when they sell 22,222 or say 44,444 or 77,777. Must be nice :)
Hope this is not a stupid question.... Is there anything that prohibits the company from sell shares on the open market atthe higher prices and then canceling the Reg A? Just wondering because of all the recent selling.
