1. The offering will take a few months to get approved.

2. The company will be able to make amendments as needed

3. The company is extremely conservative when it comes to the finances, so they will only sell shares as needed. So I highly doubt they will sell all 60 million shares at once.

So the sell off is because it’s the OTC majority of the traders in this market are day traders and chase the news.
