NDA is Whelan's excuse, apparently. And yes, it is laughable.
Specifically, Whelan said "there are contracts and legal reasons I can’t disclose all of the activities we are conducting."
She also said to the #1 FB fan: " If we agreed to engage with you as a 'volunteer' you would be required to sign a NDA. " Not that it would have to come to anything anyway, because the #1 fan's big idea was to raise the ActiPatch price to $100 per unit and ask social media influencers to sell medical devices... online I guess, or maybe from the trunks of their cars?
Let's not forget that CEO Whelan is working a minimum of 12-14 hours every day to accomplish..... well we aren't allowed to know what she is accomplishing. All we know is that she has time to get snarky on Facebook.
