Oh please.. I think we all have been frustrated with how long it has taken but in the real world, issues come up and unfortunately, they tend to come up at the last minute when they are not expected.
I really believe that when those statements were made in the past that they had received indications from the bank that everything was good. Then, when an unexpected issue came up, the company had to work with WV and the bank to get them addressed. Nothing gets done quickly when lawyers and a state government are involved. It gets done when it gets done... I personally think we are close.
