What does independent mean in this instance? Like they are in debt to them or something?

This does not sound good. It is vague. They are almost finished but they cannot be audited until they are independently audited!!!???! It make zero sense. This will go down until this management figures it out! DOD news was so good as well. I think this should be trading multiple pennies, maybe in the fall time at this rate!

Hmmm..

"several top priorities"... explains everything in light of this company NEVER having issues in the past with raising funds to move forward from insiders (example BOD member 100k loan, CEO loans, etc), and always being on time with their filings/extensions. What is different now and who needs these fiings to be "independent"? Feels like something other than money holding this all up doesn't it? Negotiating deals of some sorts possibly?

The filings are the least interesting "catalyst" per say in my mind. I want to hear more color on the DOD funding phase 2; the status of the OSA program; the results or status of tier 3 NIH preclinicals; any funding/BP deal for the epilepsy or pain managment candidate, targeted paths, updated timelines on pipeline progress, etc.

It is becoming clear "the market" wants these shares. Probably just need to take the bag of popcorn to the beach and smile from afar as a monster is born.
