Getting current with our SEC filings is one of several top priorities. The SEC filings cannot be done until our auditors are independent. We owe them enough that they are not currently independent. Rest assured that the 10-K is essentially complete, subject to the auditors completing their final work. The March 31st 10-Q is also well into process internally and would be a rapid turn once the auditors are independent
