And I know what a NDA is -- I've SIGNED them. Anyone signing a contract with BIEL has no reason to demand a NDA -- admitting to making a deal with BIEL would not affect future sales or product development in any way.

No, I don't think BIEL has finalized contracts. I don't think BIEL has ANYTHING. I think it's all bullshit. I think they might have a new distribution agreement or two but WHO CARES.

I also don't believe Kelly Whelan works 12-14 hour days "minimum."

I think Kelly Whelan the CEO just likes to say "we'll let you know when we think it's appropriate" when she has nothing. She thinks it worked for Synergy and placated her shareholders so she keeps trotting it out. News flash Whelan: you aren't fooling anyone. Except imklo, apparently.
