I mean, you make a interesting point. She could have been speaking past tense on things.

Too many things point to a 150 day (+/-) review process...I do not believe she would indicate her belief in that if inspections are not in process...remember she said everything is being inspected...I believe some are done, some are in process and some to be done....Their moods indicate that any inspections thus far were good....
Also keep in mind she said inspections will happen during the entire approval process...I take this to mean that so many inspections are required that the MHRA is allowing the approval process to move forward without waiting for ALL inspections to be completed...There is a lot of stuff happening!!!
