See the original figure from the ASCO presentation? The original figure doesn't have the precise numbers of the number of newly generated T-cell clones and the further expanded ones from the pre-existing t-cells. I spent hours using a specific software to get the precise numbers. I have been preaching this figure even since I added the precise numbers. Did you see the PR from the company which specifically mentioned this part on t-cell expansion? This is for DCVax-L only. For the current combo trial, the expansion is completely on an insane level within one month of the first shot.

Having said the above, does it look like that I am investing something that has no hope?

Damn I really used to love positive pumpernickel , those were the good days. Although I don’t believe it’s a scam , to be pushing the company after the constant beatdown they are taking with no end in site or lifeline to its investors, then yes you have to be crazy
