I asked this same question thinking it was more advantageous to do a dual disclosure. But I remember someone answering that it’s material information and is required to be disclosed.

My gut tells me the lawyers have said don’t drip feed anymore details to stay away from insider trading claims.

Think about it, “we will submit in 4 days” has way too much specificity no matter how much we may want it.

Selling stock and immediately repurchasing it resets the clock on being considered long-term capital gains versus short-term. Tax implications of which one it is is huge. You should be considering keeping a small portion of your shares long-term because the giant bucks will be made when this is bought out and that won't be this year. I consider shares that are 'long-term' much more valuable than shorter-term. Given I do first in/first out, selling shares means I lose long-term shares.

Another thing to consider is whether your sale and repurchase is legal. If you do sell and buy back make sure you only do that on stock you have a profit in. Otherwise it can be considered a wash sale.

Given they did not have to PR the submission of their second BDE application I think it is safe to assume they don't legally 'have' to file an 8-K for submitting an IDE. But at this point when they have been telling us over and over they will submit this quarter its a no brainer they will tell us. We can wait to see if they submit an 8-K, do a PR or just post on X is up to them. So my guess is no one answered your questions because they didn't find it interesting/engaging to answer.

With all due respect, most of those here have been here for years knowing what we hold fighting off the opposite end of the stick that loves spreading fud, copies and paste same response to every post with zero merit or sense to said post. Those here have fought to provide a significant amount of information all back led by links, research, proof, etc. easy for a fud to pose garbage without having proof of said garbage.

To answer your question to best of my knowledge if it is a material event then yes they must let it be known that IDE was submitted. Even if I am wrong and they do not have to, I also have followed the science and witnessed the progression over the last 7 plus years.

All of the information is in this forum unfortunately you have to read back years skipping through the garbage trash talk post.

The intensity and speed in which this company will move once in clinical trials will be insane in my opinion simple from the research I have done on patient requirements, timelines for brachytherapy treatment, success of isopet, backing by Mayo, Johns Hopkins, and several animal clinics seeing how this is going to positively effect cancer and the fight against it.

I can wave my little flag pole of shares if I’d like but it’s not the size of the share flag pole that’s going to be attractive it’s the dance I do with it while smiling ear to ear when submission happens and blue skies open up!
